Bu sayfaya sözel ve poster bildirilerinin özetleri yüklenecektir. Sözlü sunumların sunum süresi soru-cevap dahil 15 dakikadır. Sunum dili İngilizce olacaktır. Kabul edilen poster bildiriler Türkçe veya İngilizce olarak hazırlanabilir.
GENEL KURALLAR & BİLDİRİ GÖNDERME KOŞULLARI

Özetler kongre web sayfasından online gönderilecektir; sözel ve poster bildiri özetleri sistemden bağımsız olarak e-posta veya posta yoluyla kabul edilmeyecektir. Bildirilerin web sitesine 20 Ağustos 2025 gününe kadar yüklenmesi gerekir.

Bir yazar en çok iki bildiri sunmak üzere başvuru yapabilir, daha fazla sayıda bildiride ise sunum yapmadan eş yazar olarak yer alabilir.

Özetler Bilimsel Danışma Kurulu üyeleri tarafından değerlendirilecek ve buna göre kabul edilecektir. Bildirilerin, sözel veya poster sunum olarak kabul edilmesine Bilimsel Danışma Kurulu karar verir.

Kayıt olsa bile sunulmayan hiçbir bildiri ve poster kongre özet kitabında yer almayacaktır. Özetlerin yer alacağı Kongre Özet Kitabı pdf olarak EMSA Türkiye web sitesinde yayımlanacaktır.

Bildirinin sözel veya poster olarak sunulma tercihi belirtilmelidir.
Başlık
Başlıkta standart kısaltmalar dışındaki kısaltmalar kullanılmamalıdır. Başlık boşluklar dahil olmak üzere 300 karakterden uzun olmamalıdır.
Özet Metni
Özet metni toplam 350 kelimeyi geçmemelidir. Standart kısaltmalar kullanılabilir, ancak kimyasal bileşikler için kısaltma kullanılacaksa bileşiğin tam adı yazıldıktan sonra kısaltılmış adı parantez içinde belirtilmelidir.
Özet aşağıda belirtilen bölümleri içermelidir, tablo, şekil ve referans içermemelidir.
Amaç (Objectives) : Çalışmanın neden yapıldığı açık ve net bir şekilde belirtilmelidir.
Gereç ve Yöntem (Methods) : Kullanılan yöntem ve/veya modeller açıklanmalı, etik kurul tarih ve karar no ve çalışmaya alınan katılımcı sayısı mutlaka belirtilmelidir.
Bulgular (Results) : Önemli bulgular istatistik sonuçlarıyla birlikte belirtilmelidir.
Sonuç (Conclusion) : Çalışmanın bulgularına göre varılan sonuçlar net ifade edilmelidir.
Varsa çalışmayı destekleyen kurum/kuruluşlar destek kodu ile birlikte sonuç bölümünün sonunda belirtilebilir. Destek metni 350 kelimelik özet metni sınırına dahildir.
Anahtar sözcükler (Keywords) : En az 3, en çok 5 adet anahtar sözcük belirlenmelidir.
Bildirilerin Değerlendirilmesi
Değerlendirmeler internet üzerinden araştırmacıların ad, soyad ve kurumları gizli tutularak, Kongre Bilimsel Danışma Kurulu ve belirlenen konu uzmanı hakemler tarafından yapılacaktır.

Abstract submissions will be evaluated and accepted by the Scientific Advisory Board.
Deadline for Abstract Submission: August 30, 2025
This page will be used to upload abstracts for both oral and poster presentations. The duration of oral presentations is 15 minutes, including the Q&A session. The presentation language is English. Accepted poster presentations may be prepared in either Turkish or English.
GENERAL GUIDELINES & ABSTRACT SUBMISSION CONDITIONS

Abstracts must be submitted online via the congress website; oral and poster abstracts submitted via email or postal mail will not be accepted under any circumstances. All abstracts must be uploaded to the website by August 20, 2025.

Each author may submit a maximum of two abstracts for presentation. Authors may be listed as co-authors on additional abstracts, but may not present more than two.

All abstracts will be reviewed and accepted by the members of the Scientific Advisory Board. The decision to accept an abstract as an oral or poster presentation will be made by the Scientific Advisory Board.

Abstracts or posters that are not presented at the congress—even if the authors are registered—will not be included in the Congress Abstract Book. The Abstract Book will be published as a PDF on the EMSA Turkiye website.
ABSTRACT PREPARATION AND WRITING GUIDELINES
Abstracts must be written in either Turkish or English, with attention to proper spelling and grammar.
Abstract Topic
Authors must indicate which of the main topic areas their abstract falls under. This is important for reviewer assignment and for determining the appropriate session for presentation.

Presentation Type
Authors must indicate whether the abstract is intended for oral or poster presentation.
Title
Abbreviations (other than standard ones) should not be used in the title. The title must not exceed 300 characters, including spaces.
Abstract Text
The abstract text should not exceed 350 words in total. Standard abbreviations may be used; for chemical compounds, the full name should be given at first mention, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
The abstract must include the following sections and should not contain tables, figures, or references.
Objectives:
The purpose of the study must be stated clearly and explicitly.
Methods:
The methods and/or models used should be described in detail. The ethics committee approval date and reference number, as well as the number of participants included in the study, must be specified.
Results:
Significant findings should be presented along with relevant statistical results.
Conclusion:
Conclusions drawn based on the study findings must be clearly expressed.
If applicable, supporting institutions or organizations may be acknowledged at the end of the conclusion section, along with their grant or support codes. The funding statement is included within the 350-word abstract limit.
Keywords:
A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords must be provided.
Abstract Evaluation
All submissions will be evaluated through a double-blind review process, in which the names, surnames, and affiliations of the authors are concealed. Reviews will be conducted by members of the Congress Scientific Advisory Board and designated subject-specific reviewers.
